Xbox 360 Purchasing Help Needed

Which of the current 360's should i buy - as i am thinking of buying one and don't know which one to buy - as i dont want to spend really the £300 for the Elite - but is it A LOT better than the £250 odd Premium.

Halo 3 Edition
Elite
